Ricci’s Deli (originally called Le Gourmet) was bought in 1990 by father and son, Silvano and Silvano Ricci Jnr. Who ran the shop together until 2016 When Silvano senior retired. 

The shop has seen many developments over the years the latest re-brand to Ricci’ s Deli was completed in 2018. The business originally occupied just one shop but expanded in 2001 to take over the shop next door and occupy the whole corner of the parade giving much more space for stock and window display.

The Ricci family currently have two shops Ricci’s Deli at the Seven Dials and Ricci’s Grocery in St Georges Road Kemptown.

Having grown up in Brighton Silvano is passionate about using local suppliers and supporting businesses that have developed locally. Suppliers include: Real Patisserie, Infinity Foods, Downsview Dairy, Southover Foods, The Cheeseman, J & J Butchers, Pentland Poultry.
